Fleeting Flames | Ludum Dare 46 - Keep it alive

Welcome to Fleeting Flames!
This is a game made for Ludum Dare 46, with the theme of "keep it alive".
In this game, you play as the astronaut Jack who has crash landed on a frigid cold planet. In order to survive, you must keep your fire alive. Your main goal is to escape the planet using fragments of your ship you lost in the crash.
This game includes:
- 3 skins to use (2 unlockable)
- 3 difficulty modes
- A few references and easter eggs to locate...
- There's more too it, but I'll let you find that for yourself.
This game was made using GDevelop 4, Audacity, Piskell, Bfxr, and BeepBox
Note: I apologize for the lack of subtitles. If you decide to play without audio, there is a tutorial menu in the top left of the main menu. Also, the references are fairly obscure, so if you're interested, look up AJR for a few hints 😉

To play:
- Download zip file
- Un-Zip the file
- Open up the Fleeting Flames.exe file within the zip file
- Enjoy the game!

The narration was great. It helped set the scene as well as give direction. It took me a few tries to get the hang of it, as with any game. I like that the character moved with ease and the directions weren't over complicated.
this game has a very cool concept and i enjoyed playing it on the harder difficulties too. I'm looking forward seeing more levels in the game if you have time.
